Title 64 Series 92 Clandestine Drug Laboratory Remediation dictates the remediation process and certification for contractors. Preliminary site plans and final reports must be submitted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. All contractors and their workers must be licensed with the state. The minimum post remediation level is 0.1ug/100cm². The regulations do not list specifics on the decontamination process just what needs to be in the reports and what the training programs need to include as well as the acceptable level for clearance.
