In 2005 the State of North Carolina established the Illegal Methamphetamine Laboratory Decontamination and Re-occupancy Guidelines.  The guidelines appear to address only meth labs and post testing is not required but if you choose to post test recommended clearance is  0.1ug/100cm², however a work plan and final report are required.
