The 2010 version of the Clandestine Drug Lab General Cleanup Guidance specifically addresses clandestine drug labs but added meth use sites in 2013. Encapsulation with two coats of sealant sprayed on is required. Post remediation sampling is necessary to show that surfaces are <1.5ug/100cm². Third party testing is recommended but not required.
