Colorado established state statutes and revised them again in 2014. Meth decontamination contractors must be trained including the OSHA HAZWOPER and certified with the state in order to perform any decontamination work. Testing or sampling of the property needs to be performed by a state-certified consultant, usually a Certified Industrial Hygienist. Any test results need to be 0.2ug/100cm² or below in order to achieve clearance.
