Meth Remover Terms

By checking the box, buyer assumes all risk associated with the storage and use of the Apple Environmental Meth Remover Product (the “Product” as described below. Apple Environmental or any of it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, or assigns, (“Apple Environmental”) is not responsible for any damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or otherwise, for physical harm or property harm caused from the use or storage of the Product. Product can be harmful to health if swallowed, absorbed, ingested, injected into or on to body in any form. Always wear PPE (personal protection equipment) including gloves, full face respirator and full body Tyvec suit when mixing and applying Product. Product may cause burning to eyes and skin if not protected.  Apple Environmental is not liable if buyer or user does not wear all protective gear as is required/recommended for use of this Product. It is also recommended to wear protective covering over hair as Product may cause bleaching of hair. Keep container closed while not in use and use only with adequate ventilation. Please see MSDS for all care if Product enters into body, eyes or on the skin or causes any sort of harm. Apple Environmental is not responsible if buyer or user spills Product onto any surface including carpet, rugs, tile, linoleum, brick, granite, concrete, furniture, leather or fabric of any sort as Product may cause staining or bleaching. Do not store or use Product near an open flame including, furnace, gas stove, BBQ grill, electric heater, candles.  Allow a minimum 4 hours for Product to settle before turning on gas and furnace. Keep Product out of the reach of children and those that are not responsible for the storage and use of the Product.
